Prospect Bay is a new, tourist board - approved seven bedroom B&B set on 30 acres along the shores of scenic Brackley Lough near Ballyconnell, where counties Cavan, Fermanagh and Leitrim meet - part of the ancient Kingdom of Breifne in Ireland’s north-west.

We are the ideal location for angling in Ireland. The tranquil setting with its’ own private lake frontage, renowned coarse andFishing at Scrabbypike fishing, Nature Trail and Trout Lake. The area abounds with lakes and rivers renowned for pike, fly and coarse fishing, and we offer a range of angling holidays for occasional and experienced anglers; or for those keen to try we have rods, flies and tuition available. However there is much, much more to discover and enjoy – amazing scenery, ancient monuments, activities galore, great food, pubs - and people!

We are located just a few minutes drive to the lively town of Ballyconnell and the Slieve Russell Hotel golf and spa. We are also close to theMarble Arch Caves Marble Arch Caves, part of the Cuilcagh Mountains World Heritage Site and UNESCO Geo Park.

We’ve also devoted some space on this site to tell you about the Breifne region’s amazing bio-diversity; rare birds, animals and plants, and our efforts to protect them by becoming one of the first accommodation providers in Ireland to achieve EU Eco Label status.
